Each persons pallet has a different desire for texture and taste. Here at Clopine Cattle Company we offer two types of finished beef. Grass-Fed and Grain-Fed. Whatever your pallet desires, you can find it here. We know what our cattle eat because we work the cattle and the farm. They are born and raised here so we know what they consume.

 

Each process we have is performed with health and handling of the cattle in mind. An elderly farmer said to me one day "Son, I have never seen a cow in a hurry to do anything but eat, so why do people rush em'?" Having the proper facility for handling of our cattle is key for the quality of life and for quality of the meat. Our cattle are part of the family

Our all natural cattle are never given any form of hormones or antibiotics. We allow the cattle to mature slowly for optimal tenderness and marbling. Doing what’s right for our cattle and the land is the Clopine Cattle Company way. As a  third generation cattleman I know what it takes to produces the healthiest animals and best tasting beef available. Some “natural” beef programs allow the use of antibiotics and added growth hormones and will discontinue usage just long enough to appear natural. That’s not the case at Clopine Cattle Company. When we say natural, we mean truly natural — with no compromises. .
